To assemble the wheels to the base plate of the edbak TR3 Plasma LCD Trolley, please follow these steps:
1. Place the base plate on a flat surface.
2. Take one wheel and align the holes on the wheel with the corresponding holes on the base plate.
3. Insert the provided screws through the holes on the wheel and into the base plate.
4. Tighten the screws securely using a screwdriver or appropriate tool.
5. Repeat steps 2-4 for the remaining wheels, ensuring all wheels are securely attached to the base plate.
