To install the Dainolite TAR-61P Tara Pendant Light, please follow these steps:
1. Before installation, ensure that the power supply is turned off at the circuit breaker.
2. Carefully unpack the pendant light and check for any missing or damaged parts. If any parts are missing or broken, please contact the factory directly via email at dainolite@dainolite.ca for immediate assistance.
3. Determine the desired location for the pendant light and mark the spot on the ceiling where the mounting bracket will be installed.
4. Attach the mounting bracket to the ceiling using the provided screws and anchors. Ensure that the bracket is securely fastened.
5. Connect the electrical wires from the ceiling to the wires of the pendant light. Follow the wiring diagram provided in the instruction manual for proper connection. If you are not familiar with electrical work, it is recommended to hire a licensed electrician for this step.
6. Once the wires are connected, carefully lift the pendant light and hang it onto the mounting bracket. Ensure that it is securely attached.
7. Adjust the height of the pendant light by adjusting the length of the suspension rod or chain, if applicable.
8. Turn on the power supply and test the pendant light to ensure it is functioning properly.
