To install the Dainolite SOF-286C Sofia 6 Light, please follow the instructions below:
1. Ensure that the installation is done by a person familiar with the construction and operation of the product and the associated hazards. It is important to comply with the applicable installation code.
2. If you encounter any issues or defects with the product, do not return it to the retailer. Instead, contact the factory directly in writing via email at dainolite@dainolite.ca. Include a copy of your purchase invoice and describe the defect. A factory representative will get in touch with you to advise on further actions.
3. In case of missing hardware or broken glass, also contact the factory directly via email at dainolite@dainolite.ca. The missing or broken parts will be shipped to you on the same day as receipt of your email (excluding weekends).
4. Please be aware that this product may contain one or more chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. It is important to wash hands after handling the product.
