To set up the Maxell MSS-FS1 Smart Flood Sensor, follow these steps:
1. Make sure your Wi-Fi network works in 802.11 b/g/n 2.4GHz and has internet access.
2. Download the Maxell app from the Apple Store or Google Play.
3. Register an account in the app using your email address or mobile phone number.
4. Set up the device's Wi-Fi connection by following the instructions in the app.
5. Mount the device in the specified location.
