To transfer a call to another number using the Northland T58W Desk Phone, you have two options: blind transfer and announced transfer.
1. Blind Transfer:
a. During an active call, press the TRANSFER key on the phone.
b. Enter the number you want to transfer the call to.
c. Tap and press the BLIND TRANSFER key on the display.
2. Announced Transfer:
a. During an active call, press the TRANSFER key on the phone.
b. Enter the number you want to transfer the call to.
c. Tap the ATTENDED TRANSFER key on the display and wait for the person to answer.
d. Announce the call to the person and press the TRANSFER key to complete the transfer.
