To connect the GEOCAL XL Measurement Device to your computer, follow these steps:
1. Remove the packaging material from the device.
2. Locate the power socket and the main power switch on the back side of the device, next to the USB type B socket.
3. Connect the GEOCAL XL to a power outlet.
4. Switch on the device using the main power switch.
5. The blue LED next to the power switch will indicate that the power line is active and the GEOCAL XL is ready for operation.
6. Install the latest GEOCAL software on your computer. The software is provided on a USB storage device included in the scope of delivery.
7. Connect the GEOCAL XL to your computer using the USB cable (type B to type A) also included in the scope of delivery.
8. Your computer should recognize the GEOCAL XL as a connected device.
