To connect the TeachLogic IMA-840 Spectrum Audio Receiver to speakers, follow these steps:
1. Identify the two blue phoenix-style speaker connectors on the back panel of the amplifier.
2. Each connector provides two pairs of speaker terminals. The top connector connects to two different channels, as does the bottom connector.
3. Determine the speaker impedance and wiring configuration you will be using. The IMA-840 is rated for a minimum 4-ohm speaker load.
4. Connect the speaker wires to the appropriate speaker terminals on the back panel of the amplifier. Make sure to observe proper polarity (positive to positive, negative to negative).
5. Ensure that the speakers are evenly distributed throughout the listening area to achieve optimal sound coverage.
6. Once the speakers are connected, turn on the amplifier and adjust the volume controls for each channel to achieve the desired sound level.
