To adjust the temperature in the Panasonic NR-BV360Q refrigerator, follow these steps:
1. Press the "Select" button until the LED display shows the area you want to control the temperature for (Fridge, Prime Fresh, or Freezer).
2. Press the "Temp Control" button to set the temperature level. The temperature can be adjusted from Min to Max levels.
3. For the Fridge and Prime Fresh areas, "Max" is lower than "Med" by 2°C to 3°C, "Med" is approximately 1°C to 6°C, and "Min" is higher than "Med" by 2°C to 3°C.
4. For the Freezer area, "Max" is lower than "Med" by 2°C to 3°C, "Med" is approximately -23°C to -17°C, and "Min" is higher than "Med" by 4°C to 5°C.
It is recommended to set the temperature to "Med" initially and allow the to cool for 24 hours before adjusting the temperature further. Avoid setting the temperature lower than necessary to save energy.
