Cleaning the Ninja NF700 Professional XL Food Processor is easy. Here are the steps to clean the different parts:
1. Separate all parts: Remove the processor bowl, lid, discs, and blade assemblies from the motor base.
2. Hand-washing: Wash the processor bowl, nesting workbowl, lid, spindle, discs, and blade assemblies in warm, soapy water using a soft cloth. Be careful when handling the blade and disc assemblies, as they are sharp. Rinse thoroughly and air-dry.
3. Dishwasher: All attachments are dishwasher safe. However, make sure to remove the blade or disc assemblies from the bowl before placing them in the dishwasher. Exercise caution when handling the blade or disc assemblies.
4. Motor base: Turn off the unit and unplug it before cleaning. Wipe the motor base with a clean, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cloths, pads, or brushes to clean the base.
Remember to store the unit properly by wrapping the power cord around the cord wrap on the back of the motor base. Store all blade assemblies inside or attached to their respective containers with their lids locked in place. Do not stack items on top of the containers.
