To get historical data on the Qingping CGG1H Digital Thermometer Hygrometer Sensor using the Qingping+ app, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure you have a home hub device (e.g., HomePod or HomePod mini, Apple TV 4th gen or newer) if you want to check the data remotely (when your iPhone is not close to the product). Alternatively, ensure that your iPhone and the Qingping Temp & RH Monitor H Version are close to each other (within 15 feet or 5 meters).
2. Update the firmware of the product to the latest version (v3.0.5 or newer) using the Qingping+ app. The product needs to be close to the iPhone during the firmware update, and the Qingping+ app should be version 2.0.5 or newer.
3. After updating the firmware, the Qingping+ app will prompt you to delete the product and add it back again. Follow these steps:
a. Delete the product from the Qingping+ app.
b. Reset the product to its factory settings by pressing and holding the button on the back of the product. Release the button when the screen displays "188". Wait for the product to display normal temperature and humidity readings, indicating that it has been reset to factory settings.
c. Add the product again in the Qingping+ app. After re-adding the product, it should work normally.
