To assemble the STANLEY CT06 Hydraulic Crimper, please follow the steps below:
1. Start by gathering all the necessary parts listed in the CT06 Parts List.
2. Begin the assembly process by inserting the Roll Pin (Part No. 00114) into its designated location.
3. Install the Retaining Ring (Part No. 00118) in its designated location.
4. Use the provided HSHCS (Part No. 00144) to secure various components together as indicated in the Parts List.
5. Install the O-Rings (Part No. 07626, 09330, 00294, 00360, 01259, 04054, and 04794) in their respective locations. Make sure to lubricate the O-rings before installation.
6. Attach the Adapter (Part No. 00936) using the designated HSHCS (Part No. 00769).
7. Install the Roll Pin (Part No. 01534) in its designated location.
8. Insert the Steel Balls (Part No. 01608) into their designated locations.
9. Install the Valve Spool (Part No. 01809) and secure it with the Valve Spool xxxx (Part No. 01812).
10. Install the Flip-Top Crimping Head (Part No. 79307).
11. Attach the Caution Sticker (Part No. 07427) to the appropriate location.
12. Install the Spring (Part No. 16556) and the Back-Up Ring (Part No. 18050).
13. Install the Relief Valve (Part No. 21424) using the Cap Screws (Part No. 22147).
14. Insert the Valve Sleeve (Part No. 38622) into its designated location.
15. Install the Compression Spring (Part No. 39925) and the Valve Handle (Part No. 39939).
16. Attach the Trigger Guard (Part No. 51182) and the Trigger (Part No. 51183).
17. Use the Set Screws (Part No. 52534) to secure various components together as indicated in the Parts List.
18. Install the Adapter (Part No. 58439) and secure it with the Retaining Ring (Part No. 58440).
19. Insert the Sleeve (Part No. 58441) and the Oil Tube (Part No. 58442) into their designated locations.
20. Attach the Combined CT06 1650 PSI Sticker (Part No. 76651).
21. Install the Cylinder (Part No. 58520) and the Piston (Part No. 58521).
22. Attach the Cylinder Head (Part No. 58522) and the T-Seal (Part No. 58523).
23. Install the Push Rod (Part No. 58525) and the Retainer Ring (Part No. 58594).
24. Finally, assemble the Check Valve Assembly (Part No. 67259) according to the instructions provided in the manual.
