To install the STANLEY CD12 Core Drill, follow these steps:
1. Start by assembling the motor assembly (AY1) by attaching the motor housing (101) to the output shaft (102) using the spur gear (103) and shaft sealing (104). Secure them in place with the snap ring (105).
2. Install the thrust washer (106), thrust bearing (107), and shaft spacer (108) onto the output shaft (102).
3. Attach the spool drive (109) and drive (110) to the motor assembly (AY1) using the O-rings (111) and spacer plate (112).
4. Install the geroler assembly (113) onto the motor assembly (AY1) and secure it with the spool (114) and bearing (115).
5. Attach the cover (116) and bearing ring (117) to the geroler assembly (113) using the snap ring (118).
6. Install the needle bearing (119) onto the geroler assembly (113) and secure it with the snap ring (120).
7. Finally, secure the motor assembly (AY1) to the core drill using the HSH capscrews (121).
