To install the Stanley BR45 Light to Medium Duty Breaker, follow these steps:

1. Start by assembling the T-Handle parts. Refer to Detail E in the installation guide for a visual representation of the parts. The T-Handle parts include a hex nut, trigger, O-ring plug, charge valve, roll pin, handle grip, handle, rod wiper, bushing, O-rings, valve spool, compression spring, accumulator valve block, hose whip, couplers, name tag, and side rod.

2. Once the T-Handle parts are assembled, move on to the Anti-Vibration parts. Refer to Detail F in the installation guide for a visual representation of the parts. The Anti-Vibration parts include a top plate, guarded handle, handle grip, spring, pivot xxxx , handle pivot block, charge valve, plug, roll pin, caution N2 gas sticker, trigger handle, trigger, roll pin, trigger lock, torsion spring, lever, hex nut, bushing assembly, O-rings, accumulator diaphragm, sound power level sticker, composite sticker, accumulator valve block, side rod, breaker foot, snap-on filler, STANLEY logo sticker, name tag, couplers, hose whip, circuit type "D" sticker, CE sticker, compression coil spring, valve spool, rod wiper, back-up ring, O-rings, porting block, roll pin, automatic valve body, push pin, automatic valve, piston, flow sleeve, and flow sleeve tube.

3. Depending on the model of the breaker, you may need to refer to Detail G or H in the installation guide for the Breaker Foot Assembly. This assembly includes cup seals, back-up washers, rod wipers, O-rings, breaker foot, hex bushing, latch, hex nut, spring washer, taper sleeve, spring, detent, and latch bolt.
