To assemble the STANLEY CO23 Underwater Cut Off Saw, please follow the instructions provided in the manual. Here is a step-by-step guide:
1. Start by attaching the handle bar (part number 70980) to the saw body using the cap screws (part number 02764) and handle bar retainers (part number 02649).
2. Install the neoprene washer (part number 02643) onto the handle strut (part number 20461) and attach it to the handle bar.
3. Insert the quad-ring (part number 00112) and O-ring (part number 01604) into the valve spool (part number 32026). Then, attach the on-off valve cap (part number 02931) to the valve spool.
4. Install the roll pin (part number 31804) into the trigger (part number 22707) and attach it to the handle bar.
5. Insert the roll pin (part number 74841) into the torsion spring (part number 22701) and attach it to the handle bar.
6. Attach the safety catch (part number 22704) to the handle bar.
7. Install the valve handle assembly (part number 28552) onto the valve spool. Make sure to purchase it with roll pin (part number 74841).
8. Attach the hose assemblies (part number 06830) to the saw body.
9. Install the hose clip (part number 02911) onto the hose assembly.
10. Attach the sole plate assembly (part number 03806) to the saw body.
11. Insert the port plug (part number 31137) into the saw body.
12. Install the oil tubes (part number 00174) onto the saw body.
13. Attach the spacer (part number 02920) and spring (part number 02916) to the saw body.
14. Insert the O-rings (part number 00175) into the motor housing CCW (part number 35286) and attach it to the saw body.
15. Install the plug SAE O-ring (part number 08104) into the motor housing CCW.
16. Attach the grinding wheel guard assembly (part number 04046) to the saw body.
17. Insert the stud (part number 03821) and washer (part number 03827) into the saw body.
18. Attach the xxxx (part number 03819) to the saw body.
19. Install the hex nut (part number 01714) onto the saw body.
20. Attach the outer flange (part number 03802) to the saw body.
21. Insert the spirol pin (part number 03969) into the drive flange 1 in. (part number 03803).
22. Install the seal race (part number 03810) and seal carrier (part number 03811) onto the saw body.
23. Insert the seal (part number 03823) into the seal carrier.
24. Install the O-rings (part number 01262) into the motor housing cap (part number 35285) and attach it to the saw body.
25. Attach the bearing (part number 03109) to the saw body.
26. Attach the gear (part number 03818) to the saw body.
27. Install the idler gear (part number 04033) onto the saw body.
28. Insert the dowel pins (part number 00713) into the saw body.
29. Install the O-ring (part number 01211) into the motor shaft CCW (part number 03813).
30. Attach the motor shaft CCW to the saw body.
31. Insert the O-ring (part number 00253) into the motor housing cap.
32. Attach the cap screws (part number 01217) and bearings (part number 03826) to the motor housing cap.
33. Attach the sticker (part number 74824) and logo decal (part number 74832) to the saw body.
34. Attach the flow control (part number 72879) to the saw body.
35. Attach the EHTMA "E" decal (part number 12535) and EHTMA "F" decal (part number 12536) to the saw body.
36. Install the coupler set (part number 03974) for individual couplers.
37. Attach the manual sticker (part number 88347) to the saw body.
38. Install the poppet (part number 31186) onto the saw body.
39. Attach the wheel warning sticker (part number 72881) to the saw body.
40. Install the helicoil (part number 01420) onto the saw body.
41. Attach the rotation direction sticker (part number 72893) to the saw body.
42. Attach the importer sticker (part number 88345) to the saw body.
