To set the DMX start address on the lyyt 153.777UK RGB DMX Controller, you need to use the side-mounted DIP switches. Here are the steps:
1. Refer to the wiring diagram in the user manual to identify the DIP switches labeled "DMX ADD".
2. Each DIP switch represents a binary value, with the first switch representing the least significant bit (LSB) and the last switch representing the most significant bit (MSB).
3. Determine the desired DMX start address value. For example, if you want the start address to be 001 (DMX channel 1), set the first switch to the ON position and the other switches to the OFF position.
4. Once you have set the desired DMX start address using the DIP switches, connect the DMX input and through connections via the xxxx terminals.
5. Ensure that you have a 12V or 24V power supply connected to the power input xxxx terminal.
6. The RGB LED tape connected to the controller will now respond to DMX signals starting from the specified start address.
Please note that the DMX start address determines which DMX channel controls the RGB output on the controller. Make sure to configure your DMX lighting control system accordingly to send the appropriate DMX signals to the controller.
