To modify the EMERSON Bettis RTS CM64 from a maximum of 100 revolutions per stroke to a maximum of 300 revolutions per stroke, follow the steps below:
1. Dismount the actuator from the valve and bring it to a workshop or workbench.
2. Prepare all the necessary tools and required parts for the modification.
3. Open the screws between the electric housing and mechanical housing. Make sure that the display is in the top position because the mechanical housing is filled with oil.
4. Remove the pinion by loosening the worm xxxx .

15. Set the end limits according to your requirements.
16. Once the modification is complete, remount the actuator on the valve.
