To assemble the STANLEY ID07 Impact Drill/Wrench, follow these steps:
1. Start by gathering all the necessary parts listed in the ID07 Parts Illustration - Detail F section of the manual.
2. Begin with the 7/16 Inch Hex Adapter (item 1) and attach it to the drill/wrench body.
3. Use the Cap xxxx (item 2) and Lock Washer (item 3) to secure the Hex Adapter in place.
4. Attach the Tool Name Tag (item 4) and Circuit Type "D" Decal (item 5) to the drill/wrench body.
5. If applicable, attach the Open Center / Closed Center Decal (item 6) to the appropriate location.
6. Install the O-ring (item 7) onto the drill/wrench body.
7. Place the Spacer (item 8) and Bearing Race (item 9) onto the drill/wrench body.
8. Secure the Bearing Race in place with the Retaining Ring (item 10).
9. Install the Seal Back-up Washer (item 11) and Back-up Ring (item 12) onto the drill/wrench body.
10. Attach the O-ring (item 13) and Pilot Ring (item 14) to the drill/wrench body.
11. Depending on the model, attach the CE Decal (item 15) or Pressure Warning Decal (item 15) to the drill/wrench body.
12. If applicable, attach the Read the Manual Decal (item 16) or Sound Power Decal (item 17) to the drill/wrench body.
13. Install the Rotation Direction Decal (item 18) on the appropriate location.
14. Depending on the model, attach the Coupler Set (item 19) or Adapter (item 20) to the drill/wrench body.
15. Install the Bearing (item 21) and secure it with the Nylock Nut (item 22) and Cap xxxx (item 23).
16. Attach the Trigger Guard (item 24) to the drill/wrench body.
17. If applicable, install the Hose Assembly (item 25) onto the drill/wrench body.
18. Finally, if needed, use the ID07 Seal Kit (item 26) to replace any seals in the drill/wrench.
