1. Start by assembling the CO25 Wheel Guard and Retainer. Refer to the illustration labeled "Detail E" in the installation guide. Use the provided cap screws, woodruff key, safety decals, logo decal, tool information plaque, screws, sound power level decal, jam nuts, outside collar, inside collar, roll pin, thrust collar, set xxxx , and retaining ring to assemble the wheel guard and retainer.
2. Next, assemble the CO25 Assist Handle and Hose. Refer to the illustration labeled "Detail F" in the installation guide. Use the male and female couplers, hose, screws, handle strut, cap screws, handle bar retainer, assist handle, guard adjustment xxxx assembly, washer, guard clamp, carriage bolt, hose clip, and seal kit to assemble the assist handle and hose.
3. Proceed to assemble the CO25 Motor Assembly. Refer to the illustration labeled "Detail G" in the installation guide. Use the motor, motor housing, O-ring, oil tube, seal kit, and motor bolts to assemble the motor assembly. If resealing the motor, torque the motor bolts to 15-17 ft. lbs. (20-23 Nm).
4. Finally, assemble the CO25 Trigger Handle. Refer to the illustration labeled "Detail H" in the installation guide. Use the trigger lock, flow regulator cartridge, hex plug, O-ring, on-off valve cap, spacer, hex plug, valve spool, poppet, spring, plug, circuit type "D" decal, general caution decal, roll pin, spring, trigger, valve handle, and seal kit to assemble the trigger handle.
