8. Attach the centering aid (AY3) to the gas pressure spring with buffer (259) and extension rod (260). Secure them with the snap ring (261).
9. Install the clamp clip (250) onto the centering aid handle assembly (AY2) using the locking screws (251) and square nuts (252). Use washers (254) and distance rings (255) as needed.
10. Attach the handle (256) to the clamp clip assembly (AY4).
11. Assemble the three-speed gearbox assembly (AY5) which includes items 401-436 and 210-219. Refer to the parts list for the specific part numbers.
12. Attach the bearing housing (401) to the output shaft (402) using the spur gears (404, 406) and notched wheel (405). Secure them with the needle bearing (415) and ball (418) using the compression spring (419).
13. Install the grooved ball bearing (420) and snap ring (421) onto the gearbox assembly.
14. Use washers (422) and snap rings (423, 424, 425) to secure various parts within the gearbox assembly.
15. Assemble the gearshift lever assembly (AY6) which includes items 431-436. Refer to the parts list for the specific part numbers.
16. Attach the gearshift lever (431) to the gearbox assembly using the O-ring (432), snap ring (433), dowel pin (434), and radial shaft sealing (435, 436).
17. Assemble the countershaft assembly (AY7) which includes items 403-417. Refer to the parts list for the specific part numbers.
18. Attach the gear shaft (403) to the spur gear (407) using the washer (408) and belleville bearings (409). Secure them with the nut (410) and washer (411).
19. Install the grooved ball bearing (412) and snap ring (413) onto the countershaft assembly. Use shims (414, 417) as needed.
20. Assemble the water valve hose assembly (AY8) which includes items 210-219. Refer to the parts list for the specific part numbers.
21. Attach the connecting piece (210) to the elbow (212) using the gasket (211). Connect the hose connectors (213) and secure them with clamps (214).
22. Install the hose (215) and gaskets (216) onto the water valve hose assembly. Attach the stopcock (217) and connecting piece (218) as well.
23. Assemble the handle assembly (AY9) which includes items 301-332, 601-608, and 40-43. Refer to the parts list for the specific part numbers.
24. Attach the valve housing assembly (301) to the bar (305) using the gland (306) and snap ring (313). Secure them with the compression spring (316).
25. Install the swivel ring-segment (324) and screws (325, 327) onto the handle assembly. Use the plug (328) to secure the assembly.
26. Attach the hose assembly (329) and screws (332) to complete the handle assembly.
27. Assemble the valve assembly (A12) which includes items 307-330. Refer to the parts list for the specific part numbers.
28. Attach the snap ring (307) and fillister-head xxxx (308) to the valve housing (301). Use the washer (309) and control piston (310) to secure the assembly.
29. Install the spring seat (311) and pin (312) onto the valve assembly. Use the bushing (314) and guide (315) as needed.
30. Attach the compression spring (317) and snap spring (318) to the valve assembly. Use O-rings (319, 320, 321, 322) and screws (323, 326) to complete the assembly.
31. Assemble the valve lever locking assembly (A13) which includes items 40-43. Refer to the parts list for the specific part numbers.
32. Attach the housing (40) to the latch pin (41) using the compression spring (42) and push button (43).
