To install the Symetrix T-10 Glass Touchscreen on a wall, follow these steps:
1. xxxx the universal flush mount bracket into the wall-mounted back box using the appropriate screws for US or EU boxes. Make sure the alignment hole is facing up.
2. If you want to mount the touchscreen in portrait orientation, remove the four screws on the T-10 Glass rear panel support bracket. Rotate the support bracket 90 degrees so the RJ-45 points down in the desired orientation and ensure the indicated alignment hole in the support bracket is pointed up. Be careful not to disconnect or strain the internal cables when rotating the bracket. Reattach with the same screws. The same steps can be performed to convert a portrait screen back to landscape.
3. Connect the CAT5/6 cable to the T-10 Glass touchscreen.
4. Align and gently press the T-10 unit onto the wall mount bracket. Ensure the alignment hole on the T-10 is facing up. The support bracket should entirely conceal the wall mount bracket. Insert a pin (e.g. a small screwdriver or pen) into the alignment hole on the top of the mount to temporarily secure the unit to the wall.
5. Using the included torx screwdriver, xxxx the two top set screws partially into the mount. Then, xxxx the remaining two set screws into the bottom of the mount until tight. Remove the pin from the alignment hole. If the unit is not level, adjust the set screws as needed.
6. To remove the T-10 Glass from the universal wall mount bracket, unscrew the four set screws using the included torx screwdriver and remove the unit from the wall.
