To pair the Radio Packs (RPs) with the Pliant CR QSG D0000220 Professional Wireless Intercom system, follow these steps:
1. Connect the supplied USB-to-Micro-USB cable from the Control Unit (CU) to the RP's USB port.
2. The RP will power on automatically and the system will check if the RP firmware version is compatible. If it is not compatible, disconnect the RP and update its firmware using CrewWare and connection to your PC. If it is compatible, the pairing process will continue.
3. When prompted, use the RP volume knobs and function button to select a Profile from the list of options displayed on the RP LCD. Only Profiles that are compatible with the connected RP model will be displayed.
4. Wait for the Profile to load. The RP will display a "Pairing Complete" message when finished.
5. Disconnect the RP from the USB cable. It will power off automatically after a few seconds.
6. Turn the RP back on and wait for it to log in to the system. When an RP is logged in, a signal indicator will be visible on its Home screen and on the CU's RP indicator (CU Home screen). The RP is now ready for use.
7. Repeat these steps for each RP that needs to be paired with the system.
Note: RP Profiles are created in CrewWare or generated during the autoconfigure process and stored in the system's CrewCom Configuration File (CCF). Your system may have been preconfigured at the factory or other source. Consult the documentation provided with your system for specific configuration details.
