To determine the correct voltage setting for your notebook, please follow these steps:
1. Check the original power supply unit or your notebook's operating manual for the required supply voltage. It should be either 15 V or 19 V (+/- 1 Volt).
2. Set the voltage selector switch on the Hama Universal Notebook Power Supply to the voltage required by your notebook. Make sure to match the exact voltage to avoid any damage.
Note: Do not change the voltage setting during operation of the power supply unit in combination with your notebook.
It is important to ensure that the total power consumption of your notebook does not exceed the power supply unit's rated output of 90W. Failure to comply with this may cause damage to the power supply unit and your notebook.
