To assign the remote control to the LeuchtenDirekt 997802 MARIO light, please follow these steps:
1. Turn on the light using the wall switch.
2. Within 5 seconds, press the On/Off button on the remote control and hold it down for 2 seconds.
3. If the light flickers 3 times, it means the teaching process was successful, and the remote control is now assigned to the light.
4. If the light does not flicker, turn off the light for 10 seconds and repeat the above process.
5. Once the light has been assigned, it can only be operated with this specific remote control.
