To adjust the temperature of the Frank van Dijk Trading V069 Display Cooler, you can use the temperature controller located on the back of the case. Follow these steps:
1. Locate the temperature controller on the back of the case.
2. Turn the temperature controller clockwise to increase the storage temperature.
3. The temperature controller has a scale from "1" to "5". The higher the number, the lower the storage temperature. The xxxx can turn freely but cannot turn clockwise from "5" to "1".
4. The factory setting position is on "3". You can adjust the temperature based on the ambient temperature and the foodstuff you are storing.
5. In summer or high ambient temperatures, you can turn the xxxx anti-clockwise to a lower number, such as "2".
6. In winter or low ambient temperatures, you can turn the xxxx clockwise to a higher number, such as "4".
7. Position "0" represents the stop running position.
