To clean the IKEA MÄSTERLIG Built-in Induction Hob, follow these steps:
1. Switch off the appliance and let it cool down before cleaning.
2. Do not use steam blasters or high-pressure cleaners as they can damage the appliance.
3. Use water and dish soap to clean the appliance after each use. Remove any residues and remnants of cleaning agents.
4. For stubborn residues, use a scraper specifically designed for glass surfaces. Place the scraper on the hob surface at an angle and slide the blade over the surface to remove the residues.
5. Use a damp cloth and a specialized cleaner for glass ceramic or stainless steel to remove limescale rings, water rings, fat splashes, or shiny metallic discolorations. Make sure the appliance has cooled down before cleaning.
6. Do not use sharp objects or abrasive cleaning agents as they can damage the appliance.
7. Finally, wipe the glass surface dry with a clean cloth.
It is important to note that scratches or dark stains on the glass ceramic surface that cannot be removed do not affect the functioning of the appliance.
