To install the CLAGE K5 Electric Water Boiler, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that you have a water connection with a G ½ inch internal thread and a thread length of at least 15 mm.
2. Make sure you have a correctly installed and earthed socket outlet.
3. Mark and drill holes on the wall according to the provided instructions and insert 6 mm dowels.
4. Remove the cover by unhooking the two detents.
5. Unscrew the connection between the union nut ¾ inch and the water connection using two fork wrenches (size 30 and size 22).
6. xxxx in the water connection using a size 22 fork wrench, making sure the gasket is screwed into the thread completely.
7. Introduce the swiveling spout with gasket and snap ring fully into the threaded connector.
8. Position the appliance on the water connection, ensuring the gasket is correctly seated, and xxxx on the ¾ inch union nut by hand.
9. Insert the wall mounting screws.
10. Use a spirit level to ensure the appliance is level in both directions.
11. Use a size 22 fork wrench to correct the water connection, ensuring the appliance is mounted straight and flat on the wall.
12. Tighten down the wall mounting screws.
13. Tighten the ¾ inch union nut, holding the water connection steady at the same time.
14. Refit the cover.
15. Turn on the water tap and the valve at the water supply.
16. Use the “blue” xxxx to rinse the appliance with cold water.
