When using the product outdoors, it is important to connect it to a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupting (GFCI) outlet. If a GFCI outlet is not available, it is recommended to contact a qualified electrician for proper installation. Additionally, make sure not to place the lighting string on carpeting, drapes, furniture, or allow it to contact vinyl siding while the power is on.
