To install the battery in the BACKSCATTER Mini Flash 2, follow these steps:
1. Prior to installing the battery, twist off the battery compartment and remove the double O-rings.
2. Clean the O-rings and the grooves on the battery compartment.
3. Lightly grease the O-rings with the provided O-ring grease.
4. Re-install the O-rings on the battery compartment.
5. Slide your approved 21700 battery into the battery compartment with the positive (+) button facing up.
6. Inspect and clean the strobe body threads.
7. Slowly twist the battery compartment into place, being careful not to cross-thread the strobe body.
8. Verify that you have fully twisted the battery compartment until it stops.
It is important to use only approved batteries and follow the recommended battery and charging guidelines provided in the user manual.
