To adjust the pendulum action on the MEEC TOOLS 012442 Multi Series Jig Saw, follow these steps:
1. Open the locking lever to adjust the angle of the base plate.
2. Angle the base plate to the required position.
3. Lock the base plate in place by folding back the locking lever.
By adjusting the pendulum action, you can determine how fast the jigsaw can saw and how fine the cut is. The highest pendulum action saws quicker with a rougher cut, while the finest cuts are obtained when the function is switched off. Refer to Figure 4 in the instruction manual for a visual representation of the pendulum action adjustment.
