To assemble the XBRAND ORT-FL002A Rocky Fountain, please follow these steps:
1. Connect the LED to the short connection from the pump.
2. Connect the hose to the LED.
3. Ensure that the pump is fully submerged in water.
4. Close the opening by shutting the back door.
