To install the PowerBass OE652-NS 2-Way Nissan Speakers, follow these steps:
1. Remove the door panel to gain access to the factory speaker.
2. Unplug the speaker plug from the factory speaker.
3. Unscrew the 3 x 10mm bolts that hold the factory speaker in place (do not discard these screws as you will need them for the new speaker).
4. Remove the factory speaker and prepare to install the new speaker.
5. Fit the new speaker in place, making sure all mounting holes line up.
6. Install the new speaker using the 3 x 10mm screws that were removed from the factory speaker.
7. Plug the factory speaker plug into the new speaker. If the factory plug is not long enough, you can try to remove some tape on the wire to extend it or use the supplied extension cable.
8. Reinstall the door panel.
For models with a round tweeter (OE65C-NS/2):
1. Remove the door panel or unclip the tweeter cover/housing to access the factory tweeter.
2. Unscrew the factory tweeter from its housing.
3. Remove the factory bracket from the tweeter and attach it to the new tweeter using the same hardware.
4. Locate the 2-pin tweeter adapter plug and connect it to your new tweeter, ensuring the polarity is correct.
5. Plug your new tweeter into the factory plug.
6. Reinstall the door panel or tweeter cover/housing.
For models with a square tweeter (OE65C-NS/2):
1. Remove the factory grill from the vehicle to access the factory tweeter.
2. Unscrew and remove the factory tweeter (do not discard the screws as you will need them for the new tweeter).
3. Locate both the tweeter adapter plate and the 2-pin tweeter plug adapter. Mount the new tweeter in the adapter and connect the adapter plug, ensuring the polarity is correct.
4. Plug your new tweeter into the factory plug.
5. Install your new tweeter to the A pillar using the screws removed from the factory tweeter.
6. Reinstall the factory grill.
