To connect the Yorkville LP-C12 lighting controller to your lighting fixtures, follow these steps:
1. Use a standard XLR cable to connect the LP-C12 to your compatible Yorkville lighting product (such as the LP-LED4, LP302, or LP304).
2. Plug the light bar into a standard 3-pronged grounded AC receptacle. Both the light bar and the controller will turn on.
3. Push the Scene 1 button on the controller to set up your lights for your first scene. Please note that the color control is active only for the LP-LED4 and other LP-LED color controllable products.
4. Changes to a scene are stored in memory in real-time, so you don't need to do anything to store the scene you've created. The next time you load Scene 1, it will come back just as you've set it up.
Hint: The factory preset scenes and some of the effects patches were created with the assumption that lights 1-4 and lights 5-8 are set at the front of the stage facing back on performers, and lights 9-12 (if used) are set up shining on the rear wall behind the performers.
Please refer to the owner's manual for more detailed instructions and information on using the Yorkville LP-C12 lighting controller.
