To assemble the PETIT PUK 0668 Half High bunk bed MICKEY, please follow these steps:
1. Before starting, ensure that all the pieces are complete and in good shape. Also, make sure you have a partner to assist you and take pictures of your work afterward.
2. You will find small green glue tubes with EU standards. Use a small amount of glue in the holes to receive the wood dowels. Only apply glue at the level of beveled wood stud assemblies for perfect stability. Do not put glue on the bed base to allow for future dismantling.
3. Gather the necessary tools: 3 tubes of glue, 47 wooden pegs, 34 small screws (16mm), 30 small screws, 16 small screws (30mm), 2 small screws (55mm), 39 big screws, 2 imbus, plug, and 34 caps.
4. Important: If your bed has a slide, note on which side you mount the long beam with the holes for the ladder holder. This will determine the side of the slide.
5. Cover all other openings with plugs.
6. For the climbing wall, you will need 8 pieces, 2 pieces, and 1 piece.
7. Once the assembly is complete, make sure to use a mattress with a thickness of 8-14 cm. Remember that the bed is for sleeping and not for jumping. Only one person should be on the bunk bed at a time. Avoid hanging on the construction components.
8. Clean the wooden and plastic parts with a dry cloth and mild care products suitable for raw wood.
9. The bed parts have a warranty of 2 years under normal use. If you encounter any issues, contact PETIT PUK with your name, order number, and accompanying photos of the situation.
