To connect your Philips AMF765 7000i Air Purifier and Fan to Wi-Fi, please follow these steps:
1. Download and install the Philips Air+ app from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Plug the appliance into the power socket and turn it on.
3. Make sure your smartphone or tablet is successfully connected to your Wi-Fi network.
4. Launch the Philips Air+ app and click on "Connect a New Device" or press the "+" button at the top of the screen.
5. Follow the onscreen instructions to connect the Air Performer to your network.
If the Wi-Fi indicator on your appliance keeps blinking orange, it means that the connection to your smartphone or tablet is not successful. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
1. Make sure that the distance between your smartphone or tablet and the Air Performer is less than 10 meters without any obstructions.
2. Check if your Wi-Fi network is working properly and that your smartphone or tablet is connected to it.
3. Restart your smartphone or tablet and try connecting again.
4. Reset the Wi-Fi connection on the Air Performer by following these steps:
a. Turn off the appliance and unplug it from the power socket.
b. Press and hold the power button for 7 seconds until you hear a beep.
c. The Air Performer will enter pairing mode, and the Wi-Fi indicator will blink orange.
d. Follow steps 3-4 in the "Setting up the Wi-Fi connection for the first time" section of the manual.
If you have tried these steps and are still unable to connect your Air Performer to Wi-Fi, please contact the Philips Consumer Care Center in your country for further assistance.
