To install the , follow these steps:
1. Side Model Installation:
- Remove the side plate from the wood-burning stove on the side where you plan to mount the water heater.
- Use a screwdriver to remove the xxxx from the top of the plate and loosen the clamps to disengage the side plate from the corner plate.
- Replace the side plate with the radiation protection plate provided with the water heater. This plate should be fitted under the water heater to create a safety distance of 500 mm from combustible materials near the stove.
- Bend the long sides of the radiation protection plate to make it stiffer and fit it against the corner plates. Use self-tapping screws to fix it in place.
- Attach the angle iron to the water heater, which will be used to suspend it from the edge of the stone chamber.
- Attach the water faucet to the water heater, ensuring that the gasket is in place and the faucet faces the same direction as the front end of the stove.
- Lift the water heater into place, ensuring it hangs firmly from the edge of the stone chamber.
2. Pipe Model Installation:
- Attach the faucet to the water heater, ensuring the gasket is in place and the faucet faces the correct direction.
- Remove the blocking plug from the top of the wood-burning stove and use it to cover the smoke outlet at the back of the stove.
- Lift the water heater onto the stove, ensuring the filling hole faces upward and the smoke outlet fits tightly onto the smoke outlet cone on top of the stove.
Remember to always exercise caution when handling boiling water and instruct children about the dangers of hot water. Mix hot water with cold water to reach the desired temperature for washing. It is also important to keep the water heater as full as possible during heating and use to prevent damage to the heater. Use salt-free household water or good-quality lake water in the heater, and clean it regularly with water and a soft cloth. Prevent water from freezing in the heater by emptying it through the faucet and leaving the faucet open.
