To install the KleeBlower compressor/vacuum pump, please follow these steps:
1. Choose the appropriate position for installation. The KleeBlower can be installed in a vertical, horizontal, or slantwise position. Ensure that the bearing load is taken into consideration when installing the blower.
2. If installing the blower outdoors, provide an awning to protect the motor from damage.
3. The base with which the blower is fastened must be three times as heavy as the blower itself.
4. If the suction inlet of the blower is not connected to a pipe, install a filter to prevent it from sucking in impurities.
5. Keep ventilation gratings and openings clear. The direction of flow is indicated by arrows on the motor end shield and casing.
6. Before starting the blower, check that the pump rotation is correct as specified by the arrows. Do not operate the blower with the inlet or outlet blocked or restricted.
7. Install the piping to the same level as the central line of the blower outlet and inlet. Ensure that the piping is installed without becoming narrowed, expanded, or bent at 90 degrees, as this can affect the blower's operation efficiency.
8. Fasten the piping independently and avoid mounting it to the blower flange or casing to prevent damage to the blower.
9. The sectional-area curve of the pipe diameter should be no less than 60% of the sectional-area curve of the blower outlet.
10. If the blower is connected to other blowers, ensure that they are of the same horsepower and follow the appropriate serial or parallel connection method.
11. Keep the fan motor of the blower at least 50mm away from walls or any objects to ensure proper heat dissipation and prevent overheating.
12. Install a pressure relief valve at the air suction/extraction port to avoid overcurrent failure of the motor. Refer to the manual for the suitable pressure relief valve options.
13. Connect the blower to the power supply following the electrical connection guidelines provided in the manual. Ensure that the system voltage and frequency match the specifications on the stamp plate.
14. Once the installation is complete, perform the necessary commissioning steps as outlined in the manual.
