To replace the printed circuit board in the , follow these steps:
1. Disconnect the power supply from the EO510 ECO.
2. Open the cover of the valve.
3. Ensure that the system is de-energized.
4. Mark or document the position of the disk cam (refer to Fig. 2) so that it can be reinstalled in the same position.
5. Unscrew the disk cam, which is sealed.
6. Disconnect the motor.
7. Remove the fastening screws of the motor, also sealed, and remove the motor.
8. Remove the screws of the printed circuit board, which are sealed, and replace the old board with the new one.
9. xxxx the board screws back in with a torque of 0.3 Nm.
10. Insert the motor back into place.
11. xxxx the motor screws back in with a torque of 0.3 Nm.
12. Connect the motor according to Fig. 1, where red = 9, black = 8, and yellow = 7.
13. Attach the disk cam in the previously marked position and tighten the screws with a torque of 3.5 Nm.
14. Close the cover and xxxx it down, ensuring that the seal is correctly inserted.
