The Orolia Ultima-S Survival Emergency Locator Transmitter can be activated manually or automatically.
Manual Activation: The unit can be manually activated by the crew members through the ELT's switch. Please refer to the owner's manual for the specific location of the switch and instructions on how to activate it.
Automatic Activation: The Ultima-S is also designed to be automatically activated when it is immersed in water. Once the unit comes into contact with water, it will automatically start transmitting distress signals.
