To install the niko 123-61105 Finishing Set, please follow these steps:
1. Start by ensuring that the power supply to the switch or push button is turned off.
2. Remove the existing faceplate and switch from the wall.
3. If needed, adjust the flush-mounting box so that it is level with the wall surface. The multi-positional snap hooks on the central plate can compensate for a margin of 1 to 1.2 mm if the box sticks out, or up to 1.8 mm if the box is sunk too deeply.
4. Take the central plate of the finishing set and align it with the flush-mounting box. The flat edge of the central plate should be flush with the wall.
5. Secure the central plate to the flush-mounting box using the provided screws or other appropriate fasteners.
6. Once the central plate is securely attached, align the faceplate with the central plate. The round openings on the flat edge of the central plate will help ensure the correct positioning of the faceplate.
7. Attach the faceplate to the central plate by snapping it into place. Make sure all components (faceplate, finishing set, and switch) are properly aligned and securely attached.
8. If you ever need to dismount the central plate, you can use a slotted screwdriver to remove it. The flat edge of the central plate has two notches indicated by a screwdriver symbol for easy dismounting.
9. After completing the installation, you can turn the power supply back on and test the switch or push button to ensure it is functioning properly.
