If you are unable to log in to the web UI of the Tenda A33 AX3000 Wi-Fi 6 Range Extender, please try the following solutions:
1. Before extension:
- If you are using a wireless client (such as a smartphone), make sure your smartphone is connected to the Wi-Fi network of the extender (Tenda_EXT). Disable the Mobile Data function if it is enabled.
- If you are using a wired client (such as a computer), ensure that your computer is set to Obtain an IP address automatically and Obtain DNS server address automatically.
- Reset the extender by pressing the RESET button using a needle-like item (such as a pin) for about 1 to 3 seconds. Then try logging in again.
2. After extension:
- If you are using a wireless client (such as a smartphone), make sure your smartphone is connected to the Wi-Fi network of the extender. The default Wi-Fi name of the extender is the same as your upstream router unless you have set a custom name. If the extender's Wi-Fi name is the same as the upstream router, stand near the extender and connect to its Wi-Fi network (avoid being too close to the router).
- If you are using a wired client (such as a computer), ensure that your computer is set to Obtain an IP address automatically and Obtain DNS server address automatically.
If you are still unable to log in to the web UI after trying the above solutions, please refer to the FAQ section in the manual (Q1) or contact Tenda technical support for further assistance.
