To install the ESL VISION ESL-FLD-5090W-13050-WH 90W LED Flood Light, follow these steps:
1. Disconnect power: Before starting the installation, make sure to disconnect the power at the source to avoid electric shock.
2. Qualified installation: It is recommended to have the installation performed by qualified electricians or lighting technicians who have the necessary expertise.
3. Disable power: Before conducting any installation, maintenance, or removal, ensure that all power is disabled to prevent any accidents or injuries.
4. Do not touch the fixture: While the fixture is in service, avoid touching it to prevent electric shock.
5. Repair by qualified technician: If there is any problem with the fixture, turn off the power and do not attempt to repair it unless you are a qualified technician.
Mount Installation:
- Knuckle Mount Installation:
a. Feed the power cord into the junction box or conduit. If j-box mounted, insert the threaded portion of the knuckle into the desired knock-out.
b. Make the wiring connections as shown in Wiring Diagram 1. If dimming is not required, make sure the dimming leads are capped.
c. Use a hex key to loosen the xxxx and aim the fixture head to the desired position. Tighten the xxxx to lock it in place.
d. Restore power and check if the fixture is working properly.
- Trunnion Mount Installation:
a. Mount the fixture to the desired surface and feed the power cable to a junction box or another wiring compartment.
b. Make the wiring connections as shown in Wiring Diagram 1. If dimming is not required, make sure the dimming leads are capped.
c. Use a screwdriver to loosen the machine xxxx and aim the fixture head to the appropriate position. Tighten the xxxx to lock it in place.
d. Restore power and check if the fixture is working properly.
- Slipfitter Mount Installation:
a. Make the wiring connections as shown in Wiring Diagram 1. If dimming is not required, make sure the dimming leads are capped.
b. Slide the slipfitter into the pole, ensuring that no wires are pinched. Tighten the set screws securely to lock the slipfitter in place.
c. Use a hex key to loosen the machine xxxx and aim the fixture head to the desired position. Tighten the xxxx to lock it in place.
d. Restore power and check if the fixture is working properly.
Field Selectable Wattage and CCT:
- Remove the conduit plug and set it to the desired CCT/wattage. Ensure that the conduit plug is securely replaced to prevent water entry into the fixture.
- For CCT tuning, adjust the slide switch to the desired kelvin setting.
- For wattage tuning, adjust the slide switch to the desired setting.
Removable On/Off Photocell:
- Remove the photocell conduit cap from the lamp.
- To enable or disable the photocell, use the integrated On/Off switch.
- To remove and replace the photocell, unplug the connected wires from the back of the Photocell.
