To manually select a frequency on the REXON PJ2+ COM Radio, follow these steps:
1. Make sure you are in the basic operating mode by pressing the Clear key until the last frequency that was entered manually is displayed.
2. Use the numeric keypad to enter the desired frequency. For example, to enter 118.700 MHz, press 1 1 8 7 0 0. As each digit is entered, the flashing cursor will move to the next digit.
3. The PJ2+ COM will return to the previous frequency if there is a pause of five seconds between key entries while entering a new frequency. You can press the Clear key at any time prior to entering the sixth digit to clear the digits entered and return to the previous frequency.
4. Any frequency outside of the range of 118.000 MHz to 136.975 MHz will not be accepted, and the PJ2+ COM will beep if such a digit is entered.
5. The PJ2+ COM can flip flop between the current frequency and the last frequency by pressing the button above the PTT (Push-To-Talk) button on the side of the radio.
Please refer to the REXON PJ2+ COM Radio User Manual for more detailed instructions and information.
