To adjust the temperature on the SILVERCREST SHL 2000 A1 Fan Heater, follow these steps:
1. Make sure that the heating level switch (labeled as "2" in the manual) is set to "0" to turn off the device.
2. Connect the heater to a grounded socket protected by a residual current device with overload protection.
3. Turn the device on by clockwise turning the temperature regulator (labeled as "4" in the manual) until you hear a click.
4. Set the heating level switch to the desired position. There are three options: "Fan" position for fan-only mode, "Heating level 1" for a heating power of 1000 W, and "Heating level 2" for a heating power of 2000 W.
5. The control light (labeled as "3" in the manual) will illuminate to indicate that the device is turned on.
6. To adjust the temperature, turn the temperature regulator clockwise as far as it will go. If the desired temperature is not reached, turn back the temperature regulator counter-clockwise until you hear a clear click. The control light will go out, and the integrated thermostat controller will automatically turn the heating function on or off based on the set temperature.
Please note that when the thermostat is in the minimum (MIN) position, the device remains completely off. To turn off the device, set the heating level switch to the "Fan" position and wait for 30 seconds to allow the heating elements to cool down. Then set the heating level switch to "0" and unplug the device from the socket.
