To integrate the Bosch VMS video management system with Barco video walls, you will need the following requirements:
1. Bosch VMS - minimum version 11.0
2. Barco TransForm N system (installed/licensed)
3. Barco CMS - minimum version 3.15
4. Windows 10 PC running the Barco RCP+ Agent
5. EMS required in case of seamless switching functionality requirement
6. Old and new source have the same codec
7. Old and new source have the same resolution
Here are the steps to integrate the systems:
1. Create a 'Digital Wall' in the Bosch VMS and assign the RCP+-Decoder to it. This will automatically create a CMS 'Perspective' for the 'Digital Wall'.
2. Different pre-defined layouts can be applied by the operator to the 'Digital Wall' to arrange various 'sources'. The operator can then drag 'Cameras' to the 'Digital Wall' in the Operator Client, which will make them available as 'Sources' in CMS and automatically place them in the CMS Perspective.
3. In the Bosch VMS Operator Client, there are symbols for cameras and monitors (or a digital monitor wall) that represent the real cameras and monitors. When dragging a camera symbol onto a monitor symbol, the BVMS system ensures that the image of the real camera is displayed on the video wall.
Please note that for specific compatibility and interoperability information, it is recommended to contact Barco and Bosch for their respective lists or plans.
