To disassemble the CONDUCTIX wampfler Program 0380 Motorized Cable Trolley, follow these steps:
1. Start by removing the protective cover. Loosen the 6 screws and dismount the cover.
2. Untighten the nuts to retract the tension pulley and remove the tooth belt without applying force to it.
3. Remove the screws and dismount the bracket.
4. Remove the screws treated with chemical thread and dismount the locking washer.
5. Remove the xxxx and take off the toothed belt disk with the covering disk.
6. Lift up the motorized cable trolley until the main roller to be replaced is no longer positioned on the track beam.
7. Remove the feather key.
8. Remove the screws and dismount the complete bearing housing.
9. Remove the distance sleeve and dismount the safety ring.
10. Push the drive shaft out of the bearing housing in the direction of the arrows.
To assemble the CONDUCTIX wampfler Program 0380 Motorized Cable Trolley, follow these steps:
1. Press the new drive shaft into the bearing housing, supporting the bearing housing on the inner ring of bearing 1.
2. Mount the nilos-ring and safety ring (only for 3 KW). Press on the distance sleeve.
3. Clean the contact surfaces thoroughly.
4. Install the bearing housing, aligning it via the two cylindrical pins.
5. Mount the screws.
6. Place the feather key into the groove.
7. Push the toothed belt disk onto the drive shaft.
8. Mount the cover disk with the xxxx .
9. Mount the locking washer with the screws treated with chemical thread locker.
10. Put down the motorized cable trolley on the beam.
11. Mount the bracket for the guide roller with screws (only for 1.95 KW).
12. Mount the bracket for the protective cover with screws. Lock the screws with LOCTITE 243.
13. Mount the protective cover.
Please note that after 6,000 crane operating hours, both tooth belts must be replaced. When mounting the tooth belt, make sure to follow the manufacturer's recommendations for proper installation and tension adjustment.
