To adjust the cutting length of the Garden Gear G480120VC 20V Cordless Telescopic Chainsaw, follow these steps:
1. Open the lock trigger for assembly and disassembly (number 9 in the manual) and put the rotating handle (number 12) into the connecting middle casing (number 10). There will be an audible click and you will see the release button (number 11) which confirms it is in place.
2. Close the lock trigger of assembly and disassemble (number 9). Make sure it is properly engaged.
3. Open the lock trigger of the telescopic tube (number 8) and adjust it to the suitable height for cutting. Make sure to lock the lock trigger of the telescopic tube (number 8) after adjusting.
By adjusting the telescopic tube, you can easily change the cutting length of the chainsaw to suit branches of different heights and sizes. Remember to always follow safety precautions and wear appropriate personal protective clothing when using the chainsaw.
