To connect the GALAYOU G7 2K Light Bulb Security Camera to your Wi-Fi, please follow these steps:
1. Place the camera near your router within 3 feet and power it on using the attached power cord.
2. Make sure your phone is connected to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
3. Open the Wansview Cloud app and tap on "Add Device".
4. Choose GALAYOU G7 from the list of camera options.
5. Select "Wi-Fi connection by QR code".
6. Check if the blue light on the camera is double-flashing intermittently.
7. If the blue light is flashing, tap on "Flashing" in the app.
8. The Wi-Fi name should be displayed automatically. Enter the correct Wi-Fi password and tap "Next".
9. If the Wi-Fi name is not displayed, go to your phone's settings, then app management, find the Wansview Cloud app, and allow it to access location information.
10. Adjust your screen brightness to medium and place the camera lens about 3-8 inches in front of the phone.
11. Make the camera scan the QR code on the phone screen. You will hear "QR code scanning is successful" when it's done.
12. Check the indicator light on the camera. If the connection is successful, the blue light will be solid.
13. You can now name the camera and start using it.
Note: The GALAYOU G7 camera only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks, not 5GHz. Make sure your router is connected to the internet before attempting to connect the camera.
