To connect the Nita NT01015 4 LED Smart WIFI Bluetooth bulbs to your Wi-Fi network, please follow these steps:
1. Download and install the SMART LIFE/TUYA SMART App on your iOS or Android device.
2. Open the app and register your device by entering your phone number or email and selecting your country.
3. Make sure the bulbs are turned on and flashing quickly.
4. In the app, click the "+" button and choose the device you want to pair.
5. Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password for your Wi-Fi network. Please note that these bulbs only support 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks.
6. Once the bulbs are paired with the Smart life app, you can remotely control them, rename them, and save them.
If you encounter any issues during the pairing process, the app provides two methods of network connection: EZ mode and AP mode. It is recommended to use the default EZ mode. If it fails, you can try tapping "AP mode" in the upper right corner to try connecting again.
Under EZ mode, make sure the LED indicator/light on the bulbs is flashing quickly. Ensure that your phone is connected to Wi-Fi and enter the Wi-Fi's network password in the app to add the device.
Under AP mode, make sure the LED indicator/light on the bulbs is flashing slowly. Tap "Add device" in the Smart life app and select "AP mode" from the top-right corner. Connect to the device's hotspot first and then proceed to connect it to the Wi-Fi network. Tap "Next" to add the device.
If you still have trouble adding the device, please check the following:
- Ensure the device is powered on.
- Check the Wi-Fi connection of your phone.
- Confirm that the device is in pairing mode.
- Reset your smart device to enter pairing mode. Refer to the "How to reset device" section in the manual for specific instructions.
- Check your router settings, such as selecting the 2.4GHz network, ensuring a strong Wi-Fi signal, and verifying the correct wireless mode (802.11.b/g/n).
- Make sure you don't exceed the maximum number of registered devices supported by the app (150).
- Check if the router's MAC filtering function is enabled and remove the device from the filter list if necessary.
- Verify that the Wi-Fi password entered in the app is correct.
Please refer to the complete instruction manual for further details and troubleshooting steps.
