To configure the FOX Wi-TO2S2 Gate Controller for remote access and connect it to your home Wi-Fi network, follow these steps:
1. Download and install the free FOX application on your mobile device. The application is available for Android devices running version 5.0 or higher, and iOS devices running version 12 or higher. You can download the app directly from the app stores or via the website www.fif.com.pl/fox.
2. After connecting the gate controller to the power supply, open the FOX application on your mobile device.
3. In the application, open the program menu by tapping on the symbol in the upper left corner of the screen. Select the "Start" command.
4. In the system selection window, press the wireless system icon and follow the on-screen instructions.
5. If you need remote access to your gate controller from outside your home, create a remote access account by pressing the "Create Account" button and following the instructions. If you already have an existing remote access account, enter its parameters into the application (email address and password) and press the "Add" button.
6. Set up the administrator and user passwords for the gate controller by adding them to the password manager in the application. Enter a description for each password, enter the content of the password, and press the "Add" button.
7. Configure the Wi-Fi network settings by entering the network name and password to which the gate controller will connect. Note that the gate controller can only connect to Wi-Fi networks operating in the 2.4 GHz band.
8. Set any other necessary configuration parameters, such as the remote access account, link to the programmers calendar, and the time zone and location of the device.
9. Press the "OK" button to save the configuration and wait for the application to send the configuration to the gate controller. The application will display messages about the progress of saving the configuration and inform about any possible errors.
10. Once the configuration is saved correctly, the gate controller will disappear from the list of retrieved devices and will be visible in the application.
