Before using the product for the first time, it is recommended to charge both the remote transmitter and collar-receiver. The remote transmitter should be charged for at least 2 hours, while the collar-receiver should be charged for at least 3 hours. It is important to ensure that both devices are fully charged before starting the training sessions. The charging process can be done by connecting the charger connector to the charging hole of each device and plugging the charger into a standard outlet. The red LED light on the devices will indicate that charging is taking place, and the light will turn green when charging is complete.
